We are a husband-and-wife team with a passion for creating memorable food experiences. As lifelong food lovers, we believe that simple ingredients, prepared with care and creativity, can bring people together and create lasting memories.

Our family is wonderfully blended, with five amazing children ranging in age from 5 to 19. Life in our home is full of energy, laughter, learning, and adventure, and those same values are poured into everything we do at Hula-Coola Wagon.

Inspired by the authentic shave ice traditions of Hawaii, we've set out to offer something different from the typical snow cone. Our goal is to create a premium Hawaiian shave ice experience using quality ingredients, handcrafted syrups, fresh fruit, and thoughtful presentation that feels right at home in a boutique island café.

But beyond the food, our business is built on something even more important.

Our faith in God is the foundation of our family and our business. We strive to honor Him in everything we do—from the way we serve our customers and support our community to the care we put into every cup we prepare.
